Two Things

What you owe, what's left, every month.

Two things run every business: time and money. Every director-run company trades one for the other - and most find out how the trade went once a year.

Your Position, every month.

We close your books each month and send you one document: what you owe — corporation tax, VAT, PAYE, your personal tax - when it's due, and what's left to pay yourself. It's a number, not an estimate, built from books that are closed and checked, and it arrives every month.

Year-end accounts, tax returns, VAT, payroll for two and Companies House are all included. They happen quietly. The Position is the point.

TWO WAYs

Two Things - £350 a month

The monthly close, your Position, all compliance, and answers to anything the Position shows. No limit on those.

Two Things + Call - £575 a month

The same Position, plus a monthly call with Lauren or Alex that starts from your P&L and looks forward: what's coming, what you're weighing up, what it means for the numbers.

Software is charged on top at partner rates. Payroll beyond two people is priced per head. Fees and subscriptions are billed on the 28th of the month, in arrears. Anything beyond your monthly Position — a restructure, a sale, a second company, a valuation — is quoted in advance.

How Does it Work?

One month's fee to start.

Paid when you accept; it covers getting you set up: Xero cleaned, chart of accounts rebuilt, salary and dividend structure agreed. If your accounting system needs rebuilding, we'll say so and quote it before you accept — not after.

JOINING

1

By the 8th.

You get us your receipts and paperwork by the 8th of each month. With your inbox connected, for most clients that's an hour. After the 8th, the month is ours. Year-end stops being a thing, and your books get kept for you — not just for HMRC.

YOUR SIDE

2

Directors who pay themselves through the company.

Usually one or two people, often a couple. Past the start-up scramble, on Xero, where a decision about the company is a decision about your income. We stop at 45 of you.

Not for companies with a finance team. Not for anyone who wants the cheapest filing. Not for sole traders - unless you're close to going limited, in which case see below.
