The cover is made using remarkable paper from the Gmund Mill in Germany. Made with hops, malt and cellulose. The gentle flecking of brewer’s grain creates a unique surface with a hint of texture. It’s earthy, lively and authentic. 

The sketchbook features a gorgeous red flyleaf page from G.F Smith’s iconic Colorplan collection, whilst the notebook has a yellow flyleaf. 

The inside pages of the sketchbook are blank and made with exceptionally good quality, textured paper from G.F Smith. Perfect for sketching.

The notebook's insides are ruled pages made with exceptionally good, smooth paper. Traditionally a bespoke paper for musicians’ manuscript. 200 pages (100gsm).

Folio use a special binding technique combining thread-sewing and cold glue, to retain flexibility in the spine and allows them to stay flat while you're drawing.
